Total time at the facility
Please arrive 1 hour before the selected time for check-in and preparation.
The experience ends approximately 30 minutes after the selected time.
Total time at the facility: about 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes).
The duration does not change based on the number of participants or the number of flights selected, including any extra flights.
Up to 12 people may fly in the same session, subject to availability.
Changes and cancellations
Without the Flex option: free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in.
Between 48 and 24 hours before check-in: €12.50 per person.
Within 24 hours of check-in: €25 per person.
With the Flex option, you may change date and time up to the moment of check-in, at no additional cost.
Late arrival or no show
Failure to check in at the scheduled time will result in cancellation without refund.
Equipment included
Flight suit (including a “superhero” version), helmet and goggles are included.
Please make sure children wear comfortable clothing and lace-up athletic shoes.
Safety (for parents)
Children always fly under the guidance of professional instructors.
Not permitted for anyone who has suffered any type of shoulder dislocation, even if it occurred in the past.
