Extra flights (optional)
Extra flights can be added during booking — and also when purchasing a voucher: you’ll see the available add-ons and can select individual or shared flights. All options are subject to availability.
Flex option
When booking or purchasing a voucher, you can add the Flex option (small add-on): it lets you reschedule your date and time at no extra cost up to the moment of check-in, in case of unforeseen circumstances or a change of plans (illness, delays, adverse weather conditions, etc.).
Changes and cancellations
With the Flex option: changes are always free of charge up to check-in.
Without the Flex option:

More than 48 hours before check-in: free of charge
•
Between 48 and 24 hours before check-in: 25% fee of the experience value
•
Within 24 hours of check-in: 50% fee of the experience value
Late arrival or no show
Failure to check in at the scheduled time will result in cancellation without refund.

Flight suit, helmet and goggles, ear and hair protectors are included.

Not permitted during pregnancy.
