Extra flights (optional)
Extra flights can be added during booking — and also when purchasing a voucher: you’ll see the available add-ons and can select individual or couple flights. All options are subject to availability.
Flex option
When booking or purchasing a voucher, you can add the Flex option (small add-on): it lets you reschedule your date and time at no extra cost up to the moment of check-in, in case of unforeseen circumstances or a change of plans (illness, delays, adverse weather conditions, etc.).
Changes and cancellations
With the Flex option: changes are always free of charge up to check-in.
Without the Flex option:

More than 48 hours before check-in: free of charge

Between 48 and 24 hours before check-in: 25% fee of the experience value
•
Within 24 hours of check-in: 50% fee of the experience value
Late arrival or no show
Failure to check in at the scheduled time will result in cancellation without refund.
